Easydd is direct debit software ideal for UK businesses using Sage software

Using easydd for Sage 50 and Sage 200, you can create variable direct debit instructions for your bank to process. The software is fully SEPA compliant and works with the latest 3 versions of Sage 50 and Sage 200 software.

Here's how it works

Using customer and bank data from your Sage software, Easydd calculates the value of the Direct Debit. It is possible to exclude specific customer accounts or specific transactions on a customer account if required. The file is then generated and sent to the bank for processing. Easydd validates the transactions before sending the information to the bank and the cash is posted and allocated against the selected invoices in Sage 50 or Sage 200.

Next Steps for getting up and running

Get in touch with your bank

Different Banks have different requirements for facilitating Direct Debit collections. It is important to explore your options. Your Bank may provide an online service for you to upload the Direct Debit files or you may need to use the services of a third party Bureau.
