start a team-viewer session


You have chosen to start a remote support session using TeamViewer. You will be asked the following:

  • RUN or SAVE TeamViewerQS.exe
  • Please click on RUN - this will take approx. 5 seconds
  • The next message box will ask you to RUN TeamViewer - please click on RUN

The Envisage Cloud remote support message box will appear on-screen. You will need to pass the ID to your support representitive to allow them access to your P.C.

This whole process is entirely safe and will not harm your P.C. in any way.
