We were already using Sage 200 for accounts but up until about 12 months ago, we were doing the majority of our sales tasks manually – we had a lot of paper based processes in place. This made it difficult for us to get a proper picture of how we were performing, so we spoke to Envisage Cloud about helping us automate the sales side of the business. They met with us to assess our needs and then recommended Sage CRM.

Sage CRM has completely transformed the way we do things. We now have a central database for both our Sales and Telesales teams to see all the customer interactions, and our sales reps use iPad’s to get information before they meet a customer/potential customer.

As a result of eliminating manual paper based processes, I would estimate that we have saved a minimum of 8 hours per day across the group just on data input alone. This doesn’t factor in the time savings achieved as our reps no longer have to come back to the Depot to gather customer information. We have also much greater visibility and transparency – we can track new business, lost business, potential opportunities etc.

We are really happy with the CRM project and with the benefits that we have seen in our business. I would without hesitation recommend Sage CRM and Envisage Cloud to any company.

Before we implemented McConnections and Sage 50, we had a big job to manually process a large volume of creditor invoices. We also entered cash sheets manually. Now everything is automated and we have much greater visibility of our VAT and product break-down in our Sage accounts package.

One of the additional benefits we get from the new system is that we can produce a detailed Profit & Loss report with options to compare against budgets and against last year. The whole process of reporting to McDonald’s at the end of the month has been completely automated, now we can simply export our Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet to a McDonald’s specific format at the end of the month. What was a time consuming task is now done in a couple of minutes.

We set out to reduce the workload and manual data entry processes. We certainly achieved the savings, I would say about 6 hours per week between importing cash sheets, importing invoices and doing the month end reports. The team at Envisage Cloud have been with us throughout and are always there to assist us with any issues/queries we have.

Before we started using easydd, we spent quite a bit of time manually managing direct debit payments from customers. Since easydd was implemented, we have automated the whole process including allocations on customer accounts.

We also upgraded from Sage 50 to Sage 200 as we were looking for a more tailored solution to meet our growing needs. The great thing about Sage 200 is that it is customisable. Over the years, the team in Envisage Cloud (previously ADP Business Solutions), developed modifications for us as different scenarios and opportunities arose within our company and as our diverse range of products kept growing.

We are really happy with the service we received from Envisage Cloud . My job would truly be ten times harder without them. They listen to what you need. They always guide us towards the best result for our business. They think of all scenarios and really make sure what they deliver will work best for us.

Due to our longstanding relationship with the team in Envisage Cloud, we recently installed both Sage CRM (used primarily for sales and contact management) and Credit Hound (credit control software)– we are looking forward to seeing the Return on our Investment over the next 12-24 months. We have already seen a reduction in administration costs and as a result of reducing paperwork and administrative task for our sales team, we expect to see an increase in sales performance.

Our relationship with Envisage Cloud and their desire to help us get the most benefit from our investment in software and technology, was a key factor in helping us come out the other side of the economic downturn. If we were still doing things the old way, I think we would have struggled. Now, with our integrated solutions in place, this has ensured that we are always on top of our work.

We were using Sage 50 but we felt we had reached a point where we needed more advanced functionality, particularly for managing multiple stock locations. We also needed more detailed management reports, so we took the decision here to upgrade to Sage 200.

Since upgrading, we found that we could perform tasks much faster and the inter stock transfer was a big time saver too. We found ADP (now Envisage Cloud) to be excellent partners in providing support when we needed it – always in a professional and timely manner.

They also listen to their customers and assist on all projects when required to do so. We have recommended ADP Business Solutions many times and we are more than happy to do so in the future.
